Pacific Medical, Inc. is a distributor of durable medical equipment and orthotics; specializing in orthopaedic rehabilitation, arthroscopic surgery, and sports medicine. Our corporate headquarters are located in Tracy, California. We operate in seven western states, with a sales force of more than 100 highly skilled representatives.
Incorporated in 1992, the Company now represents several industry leading manufacturers in the states of California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Alaska, and Idaho. This exponential growth has been very carefully planned and charted by an experienced management team. Our success in the volatile healthcare industry can be directly attributed to the strong relationships forged with our customer base of orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, physical therapists, and trainers.
We are proud to represent over 100 in-house support personnel to provide the customer service and follow-up necessary to ensure consistent and reliable processing of all orders. Our greatest effort is made in moving forward and in defining a new and slightly better future for the Orthopedist and his/her patient. We strive to make the experience and process of receiving services and/or products from our company a natural and valued extension of your practice.
Another contributor to Pacific Medical’s growth and prosperity is the ability to foresee shifts and trends in the healthcare industry. Since 1991, we have been working to obtain contracts with many HMOs, PPOs, workers compensation, and private insurance companies. Gaining preferential, and in some cases, exclusive contracts early on has given us an edge. The experience we have gained has made Pacific Medical’s insurance billing department into a program generating over a million dollars monthly.
For over 20 years, Pacific Medical has received achievement awards from all of the manufacturers it represents. This is attributed to our select team of sales associates. The representatives understand the importance of establishing and building relationships within the orthopaedic and surgical communities. These relationships are based on trust and mutual dedication to patient welfare and rehabilitation.
Each member of the team is absolutely committed to providing the very best medical equipment available today at a realistic and competitive cost.
