The City of Tracy’s annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) application period for projects beginning July 1, 2026, is now open.
The City of Tracy’s estimated CDBG allocation for FY 2026-2027 is approximately $520,570. Funding for public service activities is capped at 15% of the City’s annual allocation. Funding for the HOME program is estimated to be $137,920.
The amounts available under this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) are contingent upon the final allocation provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to the County of San Joaquin. It is important to note that if HUD's awarded amount falls short of the estimated funding, the maximum award amounts specified in this NOFA may be subject to revision. Therefore, applicants should remain aware that fluctuations in HUD's allocation could impact the funding levels and awards available through this program.
The funds, granted through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), target programs and/or projects that primarily benefit people with low- and moderate-incomes by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment and expanding economic opportunities.
