Recycling Market Development Zones (RMDZ) Revolving Loan Program

This program encourages California-based recycling businesses to site new manufacturing facilities and expand existing operations. It provides low-interest loans for the purchase of equipment and other relevant business costs. Projects financed must be locatedwithin a RMDZ. The San Joaquin County RMDZ includes all of the unincorporated areas of the county and the incorporated cities of Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, Stockton, and Tracy.
