American Custom Meats Opens New Facility!
(Tracy, CA)– American Custom Meat Processing Specialists, a leader in high-quality, full-line, portion controlled meat programs for both the retail and foodservice markets, will officially open their brand new facility at a ribbon cutting ceremony today.
The approximately 65,000 square foot facility is state-of-the-art, using best practices in the area of facility design, refrigeration, cook and freezer systems, and processing equipment, allowing them to achieve the highest standards of food safety. Moreover, their commitment to stewardship is exemplified in the closed loop recycling, efficient water and power utilization, and maximized transportation and work safety programs. Enhanced waste reduction techniques and eco-friendly packaging further reduces their carbon footprint.
