The City of Tracy proudly introduces the PayNearMe cash only payment option to the more than 24,000 utility bill customers. The PayNearMe payment option is available at participating 7-Eleven Stores nationwide. 

 

Each utility bill and delinquent notice is now coded with a customer unique bar code. Customers can now take the bill or notice to any participating 7-Eleven store, have the bar code scanned at the register, and pay the bill in cash.  Once completed, receipt of payment is printed and the City is immediately notified of payment. There are no convenience fees for the service and payments are accepted 24/7. 

 

This option is new for cash only customers.  Customers wishing to pay their utility bill on-line may continue to do so using the E-Care on-line billing system located under, online services.
