Business Incubator Loan Program (BIL)

This program encourages new business formation by offering working capital and equipment loans ranging from $5k-$25k to help entrepreneurs finance their emerging operations. Eligible borrowers must submit a Small Business Development Center-certified business plan including detailed financial projections. The maximum loan term is 5 years and loans are secured by asset(s) being financed.
