Finance & Administrative Services

The Finance and Administrative Services Department ensures the fiscal foundation and information systems necessary to deliver community services.

The Department is responsible for City budget preparation and compliance, accounting and financial reporting, debt issuance and management, accounts payable, City employee payroll preparation, utility billing, business licensing, accounts receivable, cashiering and sales, and information systems. The Finance and Administrative Services Department also includes the Information Systems Division as well as the elected office of City Treasurer who oversees the investment of City funds.
